Sunny Afternoon Tea Supporting Mind

You know when you see something really close to your home that you never noticed before and it just completely boggles you. That happened today.

When someone suggests walking up to see a flower sale, it’s perfectly normal toassume they mean a few pots on someone’s driveway.

Actually, no. It was a small garden house at the back of some offices that I’ve probably walked past about a hundred times while walking H and never saw it before!

I love supporting charities and Mind is especially important at the moment gaining more public awareness for mental health.

Plus, any excuse for a brief hiatus from the diet to indulge on scones with clotted cream (one of my favourites)!

Beautiful day for it too!

If you’re struggling with mental health issues, there are plenty of places online to talk and you could always visit the NHS site called Moodzone where you can get some answers if that’s what you need.

If you want to talk to me too, I’m here. Just comment.
